layers.
I don't buy really thick super warm coats because they're expensive and I don't have much use for them because I live in California where winter weather rarely goes below 45 degrees. Nonetheless, I still get really cold. So, I thought I would share my tips for layering to keep warm! Until my next post, Elyse.
- Fitted Long Sleeve: Perfect to put on underneath a tank top, shortsleeve shirt, or even a sweater for extra warmth.
- Flannel: good to wear like a cardigan just thrown over something. Adds a nice pattern pop!
- Cardigan: The best thing to layer over a shirt and underneath anything. Even another cardigan.
- Hoodie: I love layering hoodies underneath outerwear to make it more casual.
- Outerwear: I think I have an obsession with outerwear. But great for warmth and to make an outfit look more Fall/Winter.
- Leggings: Great for when its really cold to put underneath a pair of pants.
- Beanie/Gloves: Good things to throw in your bag for when it gets even colder!
